Delete your account

MyLekkha lets you delete the personal login used on the website and in the Android app (which opens mylekkha.com).

How to delete

Sign in at mylekkha.com (or open the MyLekkha app).
Go to Profile & Settings.
Choose Delete my account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email info@mylekkha.com from the address on your account and we will help complete deletion.

What we delete

Your login (email / mobile), name, and API token — so you can no longer sign in.
Your personal roles and memberships on companies.
Your personal location tracking sessions and leave / salary records tied only to you.

What we retain

Company GST invoices, parties, inventory, and tax reports belonging to the business — retained so the organisation can meet Indian GST and books-of-account retention duties (often several years). Deleting your login does not erase other users or wipe the company’s statutory records.
If you are the only owner of a company that still has other members, you must transfer ownership (or remove those members) before you can delete your login.
