MyLekkha (“we”, “us”) provides GST invoicing and business management software, including our website and the MyLekkha Android app (a secure browser of mylekkha.com). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account details (name, email, phone, company), business data you enter (invoices, parties, inventory, expenses), and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
When you use field operations / staff tracking, we collect precise location while a tracking session is active. On Android this may include background location so a session can continue if the app is not in the foreground. Location is stored as location_tracking_sessions (and related points) for your company so managers can review routes and visits. We do not sell location data. You can stop a session in the product; uninstalling the app or revoking location permission in Android settings also stops collection.
Camera access is used when you choose to capture documents (for example bill or invoice scans) for OCR or attachment. Images are processed to provide the feature you requested and stored with your business records as needed.
To provide and improve the product, support your account, send service notices, operate field tracking you enable, and meet legal or tax obligations where required.
We do not sell your business data. We may use trusted processors under confidentiality obligations, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and Google Play for app distribution. We may disclose information if required by law.
Account and operational data are kept while your organisation uses MyLekkha. GST invoices and related tax records may be retained for the periods Indian GST / income-tax rules expect businesses to keep books and returns (commonly several years), even after an individual login is removed. Location session history is kept with your company records until an authorised admin removes it or the organisation’s retention practice ends.
You can delete your MyLekkha login and personal data at any time. See Delete your account for steps and what is removed versus retained. In the signed-in app (including the Android WebView), open Profile & Settings and choose Delete my account.
